Delete your FitBite account
Google Play account-deletion resource for FitBite (com.fitbite.nutrition)
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open FitBite and sign in.
- Go to Menu.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm (email users: enter password; Google users: confirm Google sign-in).
This permanently deletes your FitBite authentication account and cloud profile, and clears local diary data on that device.
Option 2 — Request by email (if you uninstalled the app)
Send an email from the address linked to your FitBite account:
We aim to complete requests within 30 days (often sooner). We may ask you to verify ownership of the account.
What is deleted
- Firebase Auth account for FitBite
- Cloud profile document in Firestore
- Local FitBite diary data on the device when deletion is done in-app
What may be retained temporarily
- Store purchase / subscription records (Google Play / Apple) — managed by the stores
- Security / fraud logs for a limited period where legally required
- Backups until rotated
Cancelling Premium is separate: manage subscriptions in Google Play or App Store settings.
